Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERP) Project Update

UPDATE:
As of Thursday, January 2, the number of customers who activated their accounts in the new customer
portal was 27,476 (47% of all customers). Our AutoPay customers now total 20,062 accounts. In
comparison,prior to the customer portal transition,we had 37,962 customers with an on-line account with
CCUA. Based on the number of previous on-line customers, we have registered 72%of those customers.
In December 2024, our team processed 54,699 payment transactions. We listed below the different
transaction types received in December.

We currently have 534 customers disconnected for failure to either pay their bills, establish a payment
plan, or pay agreed installments. This number of disconnections of service is representative of a typical
month. The current aging of delinquent accounts is below.

We have 119 customers who have made payment plan arrangements to repay their delinquent balances
within a 6-month period, with remaining balances totaling $ $35,926.10 Customers with payment plans
will bring their accounts current by February 2025.
The Finance Department is finishing the year end reports. Our team is also testing the integration
completed between the SpryPoint and Cognizant teams.
