Hi, I am following up on my message to Billing regarding the inaccuracies in the "Usage
spreadsheet" on your website. I had contacted CCUA months ago stating that the
Questions or times listed in the spreadsheet for water usage were 3 hrs off. I was told that the
Comments: programmers were fixing the error of using PST instead of EST. Again it seems the time
reported on the usage hourly spreadsheet is incorrect. Could you please look into this
situation as I do not want my sprinklers coming on when they may be sprayed when
i
waiting at the school bus stop at my corner. Thank you and I look forward to you
prompt response . Regards, Roger Ski Gapinski 994-233-5590 rgapinski@yahoo.com
PS I have my sprinklers set to start Tuesday and Friday at 4am @ 10 min per zone for 6
zones. Therefore, 60 min of run time for reclaimed water. We are currently not living in
the house until we have a contract on our house at 268 Wesley Rd in Lake Asbury.
