HomeMy WebLinkAbout08.a ERP Board Briefing EXECUTIVE SUMMARY AGENDA ITEM: Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERP) Project Update Date: January 31, 2025 UPDATE: As of Thursday, January 30, the number of customers who activated their accounts in the new customer portal was 28,089 (47% of all customers). Our AutoPay customers now total 20,351 accounts. In comparison,prior to the customer portal transition,we had 37,962 customers with an on-line account with CCUA. Based on the number of previous on-line customers, we have registered 74% of those customers. In January 2025, our team processed 52,643 payment transactions. This number of disconnections of service is representative of a typical month. We have 86 customers who have made payment plan arrangements to repay their delinquent balances within a 6-month period,with remaining balances totaling$20,934.55 Customers with payment plans will bring their accounts current by February 2025. The aging of these balances have stabilized as we have reached the maturity date for payment plans ending in February. //JDJ(Author) //DS/AE(Review) //JDJ(Final) The SpryPoint team informed us this week they will be moving CCUA from the deployment phase to the customer service phase. We noted the number of technical issues, and the Workday integration is still outstanding and being worked on.The SpryPoint representative verbally indicated there would be no drop- off in support. Our team will provide SpryPoint a letter documenting the transition to customer support, the outstanding issues, and integration, along with statements reserving CCUA's rights under the agreement should SpryPoint not complete the work on the development of their software platform.
