We understand SpryPoint will be submitting a change order for features they are developing. Our team
intends to push back on any such change order because the features they are developing are to address
services CCUA provided prior to the engagement of SpryPoint. We understood at the engagement of
SpryPoint their system could provide the features they are now wanting to develop. We will provide more
information as this issue develops.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff does not have any recommended action items at this time.
