CCUA does not condone, nor we will tolerate inappropriate behavior from our staff.The driver of the vehicle has been identified and an investigation has been launched to gather additional information concerning the report. CCUA spends considerable time and resources coaching and training our employees to be respectful servants in our community. Upon completion of our inquiries, appropriate measures will be taken to mitigate further related incidents. Yesterday,Truck#385, I believe his name was Chris came to our facility about 5:19pm. He was very rude to our scale Questions or attendants and he refused to give them the address of where his material(yard waste) Comments: was coming from.We track everything that comes into our facility and this type of behavior will not be tolerated. His vehicle has been flagged in our system and he will not be able to use our facility if this behavior continues.. Thank you for your help in this matter.
