follows:
Begin at the northwest corner of Lot 197 of 'Ravines Replat No. 1', a subdivision as per plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 22, pages 58, 59, 60 and 61 of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida and run thence South
87'25'24" East, along the south Right of Way line of Creek Hollow Lane (60' Right of Way), 32.72 feet to the
beginning of a curve, concave northerly, having a radius of 580.00 feet; thence easterly along said Right of Way line
