HomeMy WebLinkAbout08.b EDB April ERP Board Briefing EXECUTIVE SUMMARY AGENDA ITEM: Enterprise Resource Platforms (ERP)Project Update Date: May 1, 2025 UPDATE: As of Thursday, May 1st, the number of customers who activated their accounts in the new customer portal was 29,916 (48% of all customers). Our AutoPay customers now total 21,401 accounts. In comparison, prior to the customer portal transition, we had 37,962 customers with an on-line account with CCUA. Based on the number of previous on-line customers,we have registered 79%of those customers. In April 2025, our team processed 54,854 payment transactions. The number of transactions rose 2,689 from March to April due to a longer reporting period. We listed below the different transaction types received in April. This number of disconnections of service is representative of a typical month. Since Go-Live, we have observed a downward trend in the monthly cost of bill printing and mailing due to customer adoption of E-Billing. To date,postage costs have decreased by a total of$2,103.37 per month and printing costs have decreased by a total of $917.87 per month.
