Background COR—004—R1(7/31/2024)-PSCC had requested 84 calendar days as a part of COR#004-Time Extension. (Refer Change Order Request#004- R1). CCUA wanted to wait till the end of the project to determine the actual days required to complete the project before approving a time extension. COR—004—R2(11/21/2024)—PSCC had requested 91 calendar days as a part of COR#004-Time Extension. (Refer Change Order Request#004-R2). Additional days were requested due to the change in scope covered in COR 005—WAS Relocation. CCUA still wanted to wait till the end of the project to determine the actual days required to complete the project before approving a time extension COR—004—R3(12/13/2024)-CCUA has requested for the P6 schedule actualized till end of November to re-evaluate the number of days required for successful completion of the project. PSCC requested 85 days after making edits to the schedule removing BCR FAT A and FAT B testing. Also, PSCC had an in- person meeting with CCUA on 1/17/25 to review the change order.CCUA has sent a response letter asking PSCC to provide acceptable documentation for the cost incurred during the delay. COR-004—R4(02/27/25) Reference to the response letter from CCUA, PSCC attached a revised cost and associated breakup for the cost incurred during the permit delay period. Note: PSCC had removed the cost incurred due to the delays associated with WAS relocation and the WAS communication issues. P6 schedule additions: Since PSCC started experiencing difficulties from the county building permit department similar to the initial permit approval phase to get FEMA B approved,we had added (4) more weeks to the "Final Inspections and COO" activity so that we do not request more time in the future. 6380 Philips Highway P 904.751.0888 Jacksonville,Florida F 904.751.0988 32216 petticoatschmitt.com petticoat r sch m itt COR—004-R5(Present) CCUA has covered the cost associated with the delay using SWA allowance. PSCC requests a time extension of(157) calendar days to the project schedule and requests CCUA to revise Substantial Completion to 05/09/2025 and Final Completion date to 06/09/2025,to successfully complete the project.
