The Easterly 10.00 feet of Lot 20 of Creighton Forest Unit 2, a subdivision as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 4, pages 35 and 36 of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida; being more particularly described as
follows:
Begin at the northeast corner of Lot 20 of Creighton Forest Unit 2, a subdivision as per plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 4, pages 35 and 36 of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida, said corner lying on the West Right
of Way line of Creighton Road (60' Right of Way) and said Right of Way line lying on the arc of a curve, concave
easterly, having a radius of 210.00 feet; thence run southerly along said Right of Way line and along the arc of
said curve through a central angle of 27'32'54", an arc distance of 100.97 feet to the southeast corner of said
Lot 20, said arc being subtended by a chord having a bearing and distance of South 07'57'40" West, 100.00 feet;
thence North 81'24'00" West, along the southerly line of said Lot 20, a distance of 10.31 feet to a point lying
10.00 feet westerly of said Right of Way line (measured radial), said point lying on the arc of a curve, concave
