SpryPoint has advanced efforts related to implementation of customer alerts and our staff's use of the system for 3-day continuous water usage. We expect our staff to begin testing the alert system after we complete the billing cycle next week. The project schedule indicates SpryPoint should fully deploy the customer alert system in July. //JDJ(Author) //DS/AE(Review) //JDJ(Final) SpryPoint continues to work on a solution for issues related to reconciling transactions and their integration with Workday. Our team understands the integration with Workday works as intended. However, we understand the issues reconciling transactions remain within SpryPoint. The SpryPoint team informed our staff they are engaging a more senior person to find and resolve the reconciliation issues within their software platform. Now that the enterprise systems are stable, our team began efforts earlier this fiscal year to standardize reporting using Workday and SpryPoint. We quickly recognized significant limitations with our staff capabilities with the report writers and other data analytic tools within Workday and SpryPoint. We coordinated with a temporary employment agency to engage a professional with specific expertise in Workday data analysis and report writing. We expect to begin making significant progress in our efforts to create standardized operational reports and dashboards to improve the timeliness of operational decision making. RECOMMENDATION: Staff does not have any recommended action items at this time. //JDJ(Author) //DS/AE(Review) //JDJ(Final)
