HomeMy WebLinkAbout05.a PROCLAMATION 25+ Years of Service PROCLAMATION RECOGNIZING AND COMMEMORATING THE DEDICATED PROFESSIONALS OF CLAY COUNTY UTILITYAUTHORITY WHO HAVE SERVED 25 YEARS OR MORE Recognizing and commemorating the dedicated professionals who served the Clay County Utility Authority(CCUA) for 25 years or more. WHEREAS, employee engagement and appreciation are integral to the success and well- being of every organization. The dedication and commitment of our employees create a thriving, well-functioning community; and WHEREAS, the CCUA acknowledges that the efforts of its employees, through hard work, passion, and professionalism, form the backbone of the services that benefit our customers; and WHEREAS, recognizing our employees provides an opportunity to acknowledge the contributions of all employees and the critical role they play in making CCUA a great place to work; and WHEREAS, by fostering a culture of appreciation, recognition, and gratitude, we encourage employees to continue their commitment to excellence and innovation in serving our customers with public water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utilities systems; and NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the Board of Supervisors for the CCUA hereby proclaims from this day forward CCUA shall recognize employees who have so served CCUA or one of its predecessor utilities upon their retirement on a Hall of Fame plaque. We urge all employees to join in celebrating the contributions of our dedicated past employees who served 25 years or more. RESOLVED,that the Board of Supervisors for the Clay County Utility Authority pledges to continue implementing responsible, forward-thinking, conservation focused, and fiscally responsible leadership in providing public water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utility services to its public in Clay, Duval, and Bradford Counties, Florida, and be it further RESOLVED, that the Clay County Utility Authority Board of Supervisors does hereby establish on July 15, 2025, a commemorative Hall of Fame plaque RECOGNIZING AND COMMEMORATING THE DEDICATED PROFESSIONALS OF CLAY COUNTY UTILITYAUTHORITY WHO HAVE SERVED 25 YEARS OR MORE as the public water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utility services provider for Clay County, Florida under Chapter 94-491, Laws of Florida, and reminds individuals, organizations, and other public bodies of the importance of CCUA in providing necessary public water, wastewater, and reclaimed water utility services to the citizens,businesses, organizations,public entities served by CCUA, while protecting and preserving our important Florida environment.
