This program not only gives students hands-on experience and insight into essential utility operations but also opens the door to long-term career opportunities. Out of the 30 interns who have participated, many have been hired into full-time positions, with some excelling within CCUA and achieving titles such as Lead Operator, Chief Operator, and Lead Network Administrator. These success stories reflect the value and impact of the program for both the interns and our organization. We are proud to be able to play a role in guiding and developing the next generation of professionals, and we remain committed to shaping our youth into future leaders and upstanding members of the community.
