Deposits will be refunded after 24 consecutive months of

• No service disconnections for nonpayment

Calculated as:
Deposit The amount necessary to increase the total deposit to two (2)
Requirements times the average monthly bill for the preceding 12-month period
(or available billing history, if less than 12 months)
• Accounts prior to October 1 , 2025, will retain their original deposit
Grandfathered v structure.
Accounts • Customers with satisfactory payment history will begin to see
deposits credited to their account in November
Interest on v Customers will be eligible to earn interests on their deposits
Deposits immediately instead of after six months
