Golden Opportunities Plan r • Customer over 62 years Customers enrolled in of age these plans are now exempt from late fees Disability Assistance Plan • Customers that are permanently disabled or on a limited , fixed income stomer Deposit Updates Deposits will be refunded after 24 consecutive months of Deposit Refund satisfactory payment history: Eligibility • No late fees assessed during the 24-month period • No service disconnections for nonpayment Additional Calculated as: Deposit The amount necessary to increase the total deposit to two (2) Requirements times the average monthly bill for the preceding 12-month period (or available billing history, if less than 12 months) • Accounts prior to October 1 , 2025, will retain their original deposit Grandfathered v structure.
