Approval of the 2026 Clay County Utility Authority(CCUA) Board of Supervisors Meetings &
Holiday Schedule

BACKGROUND:
As part of planning for the upcoming year, the Board of Supervisors is requested to review and
approve the attached 2026 CCUA Board of Supervisors Meetings & Holiday Schedule.
Historically, CCUA has aligned its meetings and holiday schedule with the Clay County Board
of County Commissioners to maintain consistency.
For 2026, due to conflicts with Clay County Supervisor of Elections dates and the fact that
CCUA serves as a polling location, two (2) Board of Supervisors meetings are scheduled on a
Wednesday. Additionally, the schedule includes October 12, 2026, for Employee Appreciation
and Training Day.
The attached proposed schedule includes both the Board of Supervisors' meeting dates and
holiday observances for 2026.

RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the 2026 Clay County Utility
Authority Board of Supervisors Meetings &Holiday Schedule.
