RE: Acting Executive Director—Darryl Muse (Nov. 30th—Dec. 3rd, 2025)
I will be out of the office attending the Annual AWWA 2025 Fall Conference in Orlando from the
afternoon of Sunday, November 30th, through Wednesday, December 3`d, returning on Thursday,
December 4th. While I'm out of the office, Darryl Muse, Chief Operations Officer, will be
overseeing any executive decision-making in my absence. I will remain available by phone, text,
or email if an emergency arises. I have the utmost confidence in the entire Senior Leadership Team
to manage the utility without issue while I am away.
