Subject: Excellent Customer Service experience
Hi Diane, I had an outstanding customer service experience this afternoon when I called your service number.
With a faucet leak inside my mother-in-law's home, I was unable to locate the water shut-off valve before doing
my task. I called CCUA, and after no wait, spoke with Jackie. She was simply awesome! She was able to find
the meter location and walk me through the process very quickly and professionally. Truly a five-star
experience.
