With a faucet leak inside my mother-in-law's home, I was unable to locate the water shut-off valve before doing my task. I called CCUA, and after no wait, spoke with Jackie. She was simply awesome! She was able to find the meter location and walk me through the process very quickly and professionally. Truly a five-star experience. Thank you! CP 2
