EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR'S MESSAGE DECEMBER
I hope everyone has been enjoying the cooler mornings as we enter BIRTHDAYS
the holiday season. For those who follow a liturgical calendar,
Advent began on November 30th—a time of preparation and
anticipation as Christmas approaches. Please be sure to coordinate AUSTIN GAHL - 3RD
any holiday PTO with your supervisors so we can all enjoy time with PAUL STONE - 5TH
family while continuing to serve our community. JENNIFER CRON - 6TH
Our Operations Team will host the annual Holiday Luncheon on DJ HAMMOND - 7TH
December 18th. I look forward to seeing everyone there and DEREK BAYES - 7TH
appreciate the work that goes into organizing this event each year. TYLER PARKS - 9TH
You may notice supervisors reviewing the electronic devices RICHARD SAUCIER - 10TH
assigned for your work as part of our efforts to streamline AIMEE SWITZER - 10TH
technology.This month,our IT team—together with The Scarlett WILLIAM VON N E - 11TH
Group and Dell Technologies—will complete a major network DEEDEE STRICKLAND - 12TH
hardware refresh.We will keep you updated as that work progresses. JOSH REED - 17TH
We are also updating our customer-facing website and developing a TRACY ALEXANDER - 17TH
new staff intranet.Ashley Taliaferro has been leading this project, CHRIS BRYANT - 21ST
and the initial mock-ups look excellent.These improvements will TROY MONTGOMERY - 21ST
support clearer communication both within CCUA and with our INGRID RODRIGUEZ-VELEZ -
customers. 22ND
I want to recognize Heather Webber and Madison Lloyd for achieving DOUG SCHUTTER - 24TH
full certification for our new laboratory—a significant
