RE: Acting Executive Director—Darrell Damrow(Dec. 22nd, 2025-Jan. Pt, 2026)
I will be out of the office on vacation, enjoying time with family for the holidays, from Monday,
December 22nd, 2025, through Thursday, January Pt, 2026. I will return on Friday, January 2nd,
2026. While I'm out of the office, Darrell Damrow, Chief Engineer, will be overseeing any
executive decision-making in my absence. I will remain available by phone, text, or email if an
emergency arises. I have the utmost confidence in the entire Senior Leadership Team to manage
the utility without issue while I am away.
