Firm Name Renewal Interest Rate Change - Anderson Diving, Inc. DBA Logan Diving& Salvage Yes None The terms of the solicitation allow for the renewal of an additional one (1) year term, contingent upon the mutual agreement of the parties. Staff contacted the firm to confirm their interest in renewal, and the firm is interested in renewing with no price increase. RECOMMENDATION: Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve renewal of Continuing Contract for the Outfall Inspection,Maintenance and Repair Services RFQ 23/24-A22 for an additional one(1) year term with no rate increase.
