stopped what she was doing to help me with important paperwork for a burst pipe at my storefront.
Nahsay explained details about my bill, ensured my documents were handled promptly. and followed up
the next morning with a status update that exceeded my expectations. As a long-time Clay County
resident and former service member. I truly appreciate service that goes above and beyond. Job well
