Happy New Year, and welcome to 2026! JANUARY
I hope you enjoyed time with family and friends over the holiday
season.Thank you to everyone who helped organize and prepare BIRTHDAYS
the CCUA holiday luncheon—it was a great way to close out the
year.
I'd like to recognize Karen Osborne and the Finance team for CARA CLARK - 2ND
their excellent work on this year's audit.CCUA received an MATT KING - 2ND
unmodified opinion from James Moore &Associates,the highest JACK MARSH - 3RD
level of assurance, reflecting strong and accurate financial CLIFF SPRY- 5TFI
reporting. RON HILL - 7TH
Looking ahead,2026 promises to be a productive year as we VINCENT ROGERS - IOTH
continue to invest in infrastructure and technology. THERIiAANTONUCCI - 12TH
Construction is underway at the Meadowbrook Water Treatment
Plant,design efforts are beginning at the Miller Street Water ALTC1A ELLIS - 14TH
Reclamation Facility,and upgrades to several pump stations are 3ANICE LOUDERMILK- 14TH
moving forward. AMY LEVITA - 16TH
We are also advancing our reporting and operational systems. DWIGHT GARTH - 24TH
Workday will continue to support efficiency improvements,with TAMMY SPAID - 24TH
data integration from SpryPoint and Cartegraph later this year. VINCENT BROWN - 26TH
In addition,we will implement new software platforms to
support Development Services and improve project
management for our Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
In the coming months,we will host a safety training with the \\fr

Clay County Sheriff's Office and welcome officers for a tour of • 74 i\T*

our new operations and warehouse facilities. Later this month, •i
the Board of Supervisors will tour some of CCUA's oldest /A. * • �((
facilities to see renewal efforts and the great work being done .) • •V
by our operations teams. ` I I 1 "

Five-Star Service Spotlight: Jackie Collins
A customer recently shared a glowing compliment
about Jackie after she helped them quickly locate a
water meter and shut off water during a leak. The caller
praised her professionalism, efficiency, and friendly
service and called it a "five-star experience." Way to go,
Jackie!
