Proposed Approval of Contract Renewal for Water/Wastewater Infrastructure General
Construction Services RFP 21/22-A03

BACKGROUND:
The following Continuing Contracts for Water/Wastewater Infrastructure General Construction
Services RFP 21/22-A03, are scheduled to expire on February 23, 2026.

PBM Constructors, Inc. Yes None
Petticoat-Schmitt Civil Contractors, Inc. Yes None
R2T, Inc. Yes None
The terms of the contract allow for the renewal of an additional one(1)year term,contingent upon
the mutual agreement of the parties. Staff contacted each firm to confirm their interest in renewal,
and all firms are interested in renewing with no rate increases.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approval of renewing Continuing Contracts
for the Water/Wastewater Infrastructure General Construction Services RFP 21/22-A03, for an
additional one (1)year term with no rate increases.
