HomeMy WebLinkAbout05.d.01 CA OMNIA Facilities Management and Workplace Solutions Contracts EXECUTIVE SUMMARY AGENDA ITEM: Request for Advance Approval to Utilize Other Government Contracts Date: January 29, 2026 BACKGROUND: On September 16, 2025, the Board of Supervisors provided advance approval to procure services and/or materials utilizing other government contracts for Fiscal Year 2025/2026. This approval did not include the government contracts referenced below: • OMNIA Partners Facilities Management Products and Solutions Contract No. R-BB- 19002— Staff budgeted to purchase fire protection services and supplies. • OMNIA Partners Workplace Solutions Contract No. 001299 — Staff budgeted to procure annual fire extinguisher inspection services for CCUA Facilities. As a result of a competitive solicitation,these items are available for purchase through an OMNIA Partners contract. RECOMMENDATION: Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors advance approval for the utilization of OMNIA Partners Contract No. R-BB-19002 and OMNIA Partners Contract Mo. 001299 for planned and budgeted purchases. //DP(Author) //DP, CH,AW(Review) //AW(Final)
