Hello Ms. Butler,
Thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating this situation has been, especially with your home
currently on the market.
I wanted to confirm that the water issue has been repaired. A crew will be returning within the next two weeks
to complete the remaining restoration work, including sod and yard repairs.
We apologize for the inconvenience this process has caused and appreciate your patience as this final work is
completed. Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
Thank you,
Ashley Taliaferro

Comments: frustrating because my house is for sale and it looks as if my home has a water issue.
Please let me know when the water issue will be repaired. Amy Butler
