RE: Acting Executive Director—Karen Osborne (February 18th— 19th, 2026)
I will be out of the office attending Clay Day in Tallahassee from Wednesday, February 18th,
through Thursday, February 19th, returning on Friday, February 20th. While I'm out of the office,
Karen Osborne, Chief Financial Officer, will be overseeing any executive decision-making in my
absence. I will remain available by phone, text, or email if an emergency arises. I have the utmost
confidence in the entire Senior Leadership Team to manage the utility without issue while I am
away.
