Based on the location and description you provided, this pipe is likely owned and operated by the City of
Green Cove Springs, rather than CCUA.We have shared this information with their team so they are

I am not sure how to contact anyone because it is after hours, but while I was on a walk
a few minutes ago I saw a pip leaking quite a bit of water into the St. Johns River. I am
not sure if it is clean or waste water, but the pipe is located in the air above the river,
parallel to US-17. The pipe is on the west side of the road. It looks like it burst or a bolt

The pipe is located right next to Pragmatic Works at 350 Governor Street, Green Cove
Springs, FL 32043. The pipe is only viewable if you go onto 17 and look at it from the
