RE: Receipt of a Charge of Discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission and the Florida Commission on Human Relations
Management received a formal Charge of Discrimination from an existing employee. We
forwarded the charge to our insurance carrier. CCUA's insurance carrier will provide defense.
