Proposed Approval of Continuing Contract Renewal for Ground Storage Tank Maintenance and
Rehabilitation RFP No. 2021/2022-A05

BACKGROUND:
On May 17, 2022, the Board of Supervisors approved Continuing Contracts for Ground Storage
Tank Maintenance and Rehabilitation RFP No. 2021/2022-A05. These contracts are used to seek
the lowest bids more efficiently for tank inspection, cleaning, and repair projects. The following
contracts are scheduled to expire on March 26, 2026.

Razorback, LLC Yes None
TANKREHAB.COM, LLC Yes None
The terms of the contract allow for the renewal of an additional one(1)year term, contingent upon
the mutual agreement by the parties. Staff contacted each firm to confirm their interest in a renewal,
and all firms are interested in renewing with no rate increases.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the renewal of the Continuing
Contracts with Razorback LLC and TANKREHAB.COM, LLC, for the Ground Storage Tank
Maintenance and Rehabilitation,RFP No. 2021/2022-A05, for an additional one(1)year term with
no rate increases.

contract allow for the renewal of an additional year, contingent upon the mutual agreement of both parties.
The new contract period will continue from March 27,2026—March 26,2027.If you wish to continue the
contract under the current terms,please sign, date,and return this letter to us by February 13,2026,and we
will consider this confirmation of acceptance of the current terms as stated above.
