PARTIAL RELEASE OF EASEMENT

The CLAY COUNTY UTILITY AUTHORITY, an independent special district and political
subdivision of the State of Florida, existing and created Chapter 94-491, Laws of Florida, Special Acts
of 1994, whose mailing address is 3176 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, Florida 32068, hereby releases,
abandons and vacates its rights to a portion of the Grant of Easement set forth in the O.R.B. 3164 pages
449 through 451, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida, said portion being described on Exhibit
"A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that nothing herein contained shall be held or construed to release,
discharge, or abandon any portion of the Grant of Easement, other than that specifically described in this
Partial Release, from force and effect of said Instrument.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Clay County Utility Authority has executed this document on
this day of , 2026, by its authorized representative.
