David Rawlins,
I received a call today from Ms. Kathleen Clark at 1629 Sandy Hollow Loop. Our team including David Deese,Thomas
Finnegan, P1 Rosenbaum,Stan Singleton, and Brent Langford responded to her home on Friday 02/13/26 to investigate a
sewer backup. Ms.Clark had each name noted and wanted to make sure we were aware of the stellar service she
received. In her remarks she described our team and I quote as"Great, Professional, Polite, Respectful, Helpful,and just
Super"adding,if she could think of another compliment to describe them, she would but she was all out of words. Q
