RELEASE OF EASEMENT

The CLAY COUNTY UTILITY AUTHORITY, an independent special district and political
subdivision of the State of Florida, existing and created under Chapter 94-491, Laws of Florida, Special
Acts of 1994, whose mailing address is 3176 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, Florida 32068, hereby
releases, abandons, and vacates any right, title, or interest it may have in and to that certain exclusive
perpetual utility easement reserved by Grantor in that Quit-Claim Deed recorded in Official Records
Book 2870, pages 1586 through 1588, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida, said easement
being located within the following described property:
Tract "A", McRae Landing, according to Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 15, pages 51 through 58,
inclusive, of the Public Records of Clay County, Florida.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Clay County Utility Authority has executed this document on
this day of , 2026,by its authorized representative.
