I want to recognize the outstanding work of our Operations teams in Wastewater, Water,and Distribution and Collection. From long hours JACKIE COLLINS - 1ST responding to frozen backflow preventers and water lines to JACOB CROSBY - 2ND managing biological slowdowns at our wastewater plants,your JESSE SAUNDERS - 2ND efforts during very challenging conditions are seen and greatly JALEN XIA - 2ND appreciated.Thank you for your dedication and professionalism. JA'KORI SWAIN - 4TH I also want to thank Dee Dee Strickland, Marla Champion,and DANNY PHILEMON - 6TH the entire Customer Service and Billing teams for successfully JAMIE CRIBBS - 6TH transitioning from a single monthly billing cycle to weekly billing cycles.This has been a smooth change thanks to your JERMAINE SMITH - 7TH preparation and teamwork.
