Under this proposed Supplemental Agreement,TankRehab.com LLC will provide inspection,cleaning,and interior repair services for ground storage and hydro tanks at the following WTPs,as outlined in the attached proposal: WTP Description Fleming Oaks GST 2 Inspection report for DEP and cleaning Fleming Oaks Hydro Tank 1 Inspection report for DEP and cleaning Spencer's GST 1 Sediment removal Ravines GST 1 Inspection report for DEP and cleaning Peters Creek Hydro Tank 1 Inspection report for DEP and cleaning Peters Creek Hydro Tank 2 Inspection report for DEP and cleaning Pier Station Hydro Tank 1 Inspection report for DEP and cleaning Pace Island GST 1 Inspection report for DEP and cleaning These improvements will extend the useful life of the tanks, ensure continued reliable service to the facilities and community, and minimize operational disruptions during the work. Staff requested quotes from two(2)qualified contractors under the continuing contract on March 19,2026. EVALUATION: Staff received responses to the requests, and the overall pricing is listed below. Staff requests authorization to engage TankRehab.com LLC, the lowest bidder,to complete the necessary repairs.
