Request for Advance Approval to utilize other Government Contracts

BACKGROUND:
On September 16, 2025, the Board of Supervisors provided advance approval to procure services
and/or materials utilizing other government contracts for Fiscal Year 2025/2026. This approval
did not include the government contracts referenced below:
• Sourcewell Contract No. 031924-SPT (Wireless Voice & Data Services, Equipment,
Solutions) - Staff budgeted to purchase Wireless Service. As a result of a competitive
solicitation, these items are available for purchase through a Sourcewell contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors advance approval for the utilization of the
above-referenced government contracts for planned and budgeted purchases.
