RE: Acting Executive Director—Kimberly Richardson (April 25th—20, 2026)
I will be out of the office attending the 2026 Florida Water Resources Conference in Daytona
Beach from Saturday, April 25th, through Wednesday, April 29th, returning on Thursday, April
30th. While I'm out of the office, Kimberly Richardson, Chief Human Resources Officer, will be
overseeing any executive decision-making in my absence. I will remain available by phone, text,
or email if an emergency arises. I have the utmost confidence in the entire Senior Leadership Team
to manage the utility without issue while I am away.
