Request for Advance Approval to Utilize Other Government Contracts

BACKGROUND:
On September 16, 2025,the Board of Supervisors approved the use of other government contracts
for procuring services and materials during Fiscal Year 2025/2026. That approval did not include
the following contract:
• OMNIA Partners Contract No. 001299 -Workplace Solutions
OMNIA Partners competitively solicited this contract, which offers Uniforms (Rental,
Purchase, Lease), Floor Mats, Mops, Towels & Linens (Rental, Purchase, Lease),
Restroom Supplies, First Aid and Safety Supplies, AEDs, Fire Protection Services, and
Promotional Products. Staff budgeted for several of these items and plans to purchase them
through this OMNIIA Partners contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors grant advance approval to use the above-
referenced government contract for planned and budgeted purchases during Fiscal Year
2025/2026.
