Request for advance approval to utilize other government contracts

BACKGROUND:
On September 16, 2025, the Board of Supervisors provided advance approval to procure services
and/or materials utilizing other government contracts for Fiscal Year 2025/2026. This approval
did not include the following government contract:
• OMNIA Partners Contract No. 01-162 Documents and Records Management —
Contract includes Enterprise Content Management, Workflow, Records Management,
Records Storage, Document Imaging, Document Management, Data Backup & Recovery
Secure Shredding, Web-Form Software, Mobile Device Management, and Document
Process Automation. Staff budgeted to purchase several of the contract offerings. As a
result of a competitive solicitation, these items are available for purchase through an
OMNIIA Partners contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors' approval for the utilization of the above-
referenced government contract for planned and budgeted purchases.
