RE: Acting Executive Director—Kimberly Richardson (May 21 St —25th, 2026)
I will be out of the office from Thursday, May 21 st through Monday, May 25t1', returning on
Tuesday May 26`11. While I'm out of the office, Kimberly Richardson, Chief Human Resources
Officer, will be overseeing any executive decision-making in my absence. I will remain available
by phone, text, or email if an emergency arises. I have the utmost confidence in the entire Senior
Leadership Team to manage the utility without issue while I am away.
