Request for Approval of the Rate Increase with ARDURRA Group, Inc. for the Civil and
Environmental Engineering Professional Services Continuing Contract, RFQ No. 2023/2024-A01
Date: July 2, 2026
BACKGROUND:
The Continuing Contract for Civil and Environmental Engineering Professional Services, RFQ
No. 2023/2024-A01 with ARDURRA Group, Inc., was awarded on July 19, 2024. The initial term
is effective through August 19, 2027.
As per the terms and conditions of the Contract,the Consultant may submit a written request prior
to the anniversary date for any changes to the hourly rates, fees, and charges for consideration.
After review, staff compared the proposed rate increase to the Consumer Price Index and have
determined that the requested adjustments are fair and reasonable.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors' approval of the Rate Increase with
ARDURRA Group, Inc. for the Civil and Environmental Engineering Professional Services
Continuing Contract, RFQ No. 2023/2024-A01.
