Under this proposed Supplemental Agreement, TankRehab.com,LLC will provide repair services for the GST No. 1 Glass Lined Tank at Pace Island WTP, as outlined in the attached proposal. These improvements will extend the useful life of the tank, ensure continued reliable service to the facility and community, and minimize operational disruptions during the work. Staff requested quotes from two (2) qualified contractors under the continuing contract. EVALUATION: Staff received responses to the requests, and the overall pricing is listed below. Staff requests authorization to engage TankRehab.com, LLC,the lowest bidder, to complete the necessary repairs.
