The water project you are referring to is the Black Creek Water Resource Development Project. This is a
St. Johns River Water Management District(SJRWMD) project. I included a link to information from the
SRJWMD about the Black Creek project. If you are interested in a contract with the SJRWMD, I

Good morning. I'd like to submit an inquiry if possible.And if what I think is true I'd like to file a complaint.
I live on the North Fork of Black Creek in Middleburg and I've noticed the extremely low tides we've had recently has affected
multiple people that live on the creek and I hear that we are now pumping water down to Keystone actively and I feel like this is
a negative impact on the residence and the wildlife, etc. in Black Creek right now.The tides have already been extremely low
and if we are in fact, pumping water to other places from Black Creek it is making it even worse.
