Requesting Approval for the Renewal of the Continuing Contracts for the Geotechnical
Engineering and Testing Professional Services, RFQ No. 2022/2023-A21

BACKGROUND:
The below Continuing Contracts for the Geotechnical Engineering and Testing Professional
Services, RFQ No. 2022/2023-A21, are scheduled to expire on October 1, 2026.
_ CSI Geo, Inc.
ECS Florida LLC
GSE Engineering & Consulting, Inc.
Meskel & Associates Engineering, LLC
Terracon Consultants, Inc.
UES Professional Solutions, LLC
The terms of the contracts allow an additional one (1) year term, contingent on mutual agreement
from both parties. Staff contacted the parties to determine their interest in renewing the contract.
All Firms are interested in renewing without any rate increases for an additional one(1)year term.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff respectfully requests the Board of Supervisors approve the renewals of the Continuing
Contracts for the Geotechnical Engineering and Testing Professional Services, RFQ No.
2022/2023-A21, for an additional one (1) year term.
