Parker, The bid opening for the Mid-Clay WRF Reclaimed Water GST No. 3 (CCUA Bid No. 25/26-Al2) was held on October 9, 2026. Clay County Utility Authority (CCUA) received responses from three (3) firms. The lowest bid received was $1,921,320.00 from Precon Corporation. The submitted resumes for the project manager and superintendent, as well as the three reference projects, meet the project requirements. I recommend awarding CCUA Bid No. 25/26-Al2 to the low bidder, Precon Corporation. If you have any questions, please contact me at 904-213-2412.
