Stanley Jurewicz: RFP response reflects an adequate understanding of services being procured. Resumes were good although they could have been better directed to experience with specific scope of work elements. Good stability of key personnel.Stegall and Johnson have solid relevant experience. No real direct Workday experience. They claim alternative funding but not necessarily a lot with level-funded plans specifically. Kim Richardson:Well qualified firm Florida Public Sector and Special District Experience(15 pts): Summer Berndt: Meets requirements Stanley Jurewicz: Plenty of Florida public sector experience-CCUA and 70 others. They seem to be well versed in working with public entities. Stanley Jurewicz: Plenty of experience with fully and self-insured.Would have been helpful to expand this with a little more detail. However, the cases were interesting and largely backed up experience claims. Customer One seems something like a level-funded plan, but it would have been helpful had they provided more explanation to make the connection clear. Kim Richardson: Demonstrated Experience with Fully Insured and Level-Funded Plans Workday Knowledge and Administrative Capabilities(15 pts): Summer Berndt: No specific examples of coordination with Workday.Current indications are that it is capable. Stanley Jurewicz: Nothing in the response that would indicate any type of good understanding of Workday, although there is some familiarity with it. Kim Richardson: Did not demonstrate ability utilizing Workday HCM and Benefits Administration Cost Containment Strategies and Financial Consulting Approach(20 pts): Summer Berndt: Information submitted in CCUA Past Projects summary provide examples of meeting these points. Stanley Jurewicz:There was good detail in the case studies that indicate a particularly high level of competence and skill in cost containment strategies. Stanley Jurewicz: Claimed in the described Client#2 to have assessed level-funded plan options, but the lack of detail makes it difficult to evaluate the strength of this experience.Client#3 is interesting in that it shows them having adopted different funding mechanisms over time as needed to support an evolving organization. Kim Richardson: Demonstrated Experience with Fully Insured and Level-Funded Plans Workday Knowledge and Administrative Capabilities(15 pts): Summer Berndt: Examples of workday coordination not provided. Executive summary states as a capability. Stanley Jurewicz: Claims capability to support Workday, but did not articulate experience that demonstrated that they actually have done so.
